Quick to reply and problem identified and fixed within 2 hours of calling.
Was with us within the hour of our phone call on a Saturday afternoon. Helpful and professional, I would recommend Norman to others and we will certainly call on him again.
Norm responded to our request for a plumber very quickly. A time was arranged, he turned up as expected. He listened to what we wanted, and made some useful suggestions. He quoted a very reasonable price, and, after we had thought about it, a start date was agreed. Norma and his team came and did a very professional job over the week they were here. They put down protective roll on our carpet, and left our bathroom usable at the end of each day. A couple of days required them to work late, which they did, without complaint, just getting on the job. The work they carried out was neat and professional. They arrived for work, worked whilst we were out, and were (usually) gone by the time we got home. On the final day, they worked very late to ensure they finished, though they had to come back for a while on the Saturday. The end result was better than we expected, and Norm was very helpful in allowing us to use his tiling account to get a discount. All in all, very good.

Had a heating /hot water crisis. Even tho' he was buzy, he managed to fit me in straight away. It was a pump problem, which I had suspected. He was very personable, explained everything. We agreed a price, the work was completed to a very high standard. I was very happy with the price, I have asked him to quote for a complete for complete replacement system (Mine is years old). he has changed my view on the stereotypical plumber. I would highly recommend.
