This is the second time that we have used them, very good and would definitely recommend.

At no time has this guy provided any written quotes or invoices for his work. We verbally agreed £3.5K to redo the bathroom, which he said if I wrote up what I wanted he would abide by. He then started doing work that had nothing to do with the bathroom (tearing down walls and ceilings before even asking if it was OK), and in the end charged me £21.5K and I did not even get a bathroom done out of it. Most of the work appears (as far as I am able to tell) to be of reasonable quality, although I suspect it was overcharged (since it happened without any quotes for the work, I could not have any comparative quotes on any of the work), excepting at the very end, when there was no more money forthcoming, that a few corners were cut.

I have had 3 jobs done by this company driveway, footpath and replacing my garage roof there was a miner problem with the roof but this was fix very quickly.

Efficient and quality work at a good price

They did a very good job in time. The workers came in and did their job with no rest which paid off with an excellent garden exactly the way it was planned. Had our drive relaid, cleaned and re sanded. The workmen were punctual and worked hard for the four days that the job took. They made a 20 year old drive look new again, using the original blocks. We cannot fault any aspect of the work.

We needed pointing to be done to the house and were planning to have it done next year, luckily our neighbours were having their walls done and the builders came to our house to apologise about the dust and we asked them for a quote and if it could be done soon. They gave us a very good quote and started work as soon as they finished on our neighbours house. They were absolutely brilliant and did a great job on all the walls and they painted everything as well. We have had a few people looking at our house now and asking who we used as they were impressed with the work. I will definitely use Landmark again if i need any building works to be done and have recommended them to other people in the mean time.

The team from Landmark did a lot of work on the outside of my house, including replacing my guttering, re-laying my porch roof, replacing wood and painting wood. The team worked very hard and did a thorough and excellent job. I’m very pleased with the results. I no longer feel concerned about leaks when it rains and my house looks so much nicer too. 3rd time now thay have worked for my with my driveway and patio new block paving. Good quality and really helpful workers who kept the area clean and tidy whilst working. Would recommend them.
