Excellent. Lewis was very prompt, identified the problem in minutes and had it sorted within a very short time. He only charged us the call out charge.
The engineers were on time, worked efficiently and were helpful and polite and the fee was reasonable for the amount of work. I'm really happy with the new boiler - great having a warm house again!
