LB Building Services were recommended by a builder friend for a landscaped garden project we'd designed for a cemetery in Stratford upon Avon. They were cheerful, helpful and really quick without it affecting the standard of their work. They understood the brief, made useful suggestions and appreciated the sensitive nature of the location. We'd definitely use them again - they were a pleasure to have around and the work is excellent. They're not the cheapest but their work and approach made up for this. Excellent.

Good workmen. Talked through each stage of the build with us, so we know what was happening on each day.

Had a new front garden wall and repainting of stone masonry. Involved removing the old wall and hedge. Very pleased with the end result. Luke was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Kept us up to date with progress as the house is let so we weren't on site. Would definitely recommend him and his team!

Luke and his colleagues were a pleasure to have around. The job was to open up the rear wall of the house and install French windows and some associated work. They came when expected, worked diligently, and were very respectful of the fact that we were continuing to live and work in the house while they were making alterations. The quality of the workmanship was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellence team of 3 builders, arrived on time or even early each morning to complete our gorgeous patio, very pleased with there work and have had great compliments on our garden.

Luke and his team took on a job to demolish an existing extension, rebuild and knock-through, installing a flat roof with lantern, adding bifold doors and an under-stairs toilet in our terraced house. From the initial call and meeting I was confident Luke was the man for the job; he clearly understood what we wanted. His quote was fair and once we set a start date he and his team turned up early every day and got on with impressive speed. I can’t fault the quality of the workmanship; Luke’s brickwork is superb and his apprentice, labourer and other tradespeople all did a great job. They were also all a pleasure to have around and my neighbours seem to have been happy with them too. As and when we get more building work to do Luke will be my first port of call.

LB building services have gone over and above what I expected of them. As I was unable to be on site for the duration of works, Luke sent daily updates with photographs at each significant stage of work. He addressed any issues immediately to my satisfaction and was easy to contact and returned calls straight away. He commenced and completed work in the timescales estimated and was very friendly and amenable throughout.

Excellent service all round, would happily recommend. Hired for a wall knock through, re-plaster and to fit French Doors in existing window - They arrived early each day and cleaned up before they left, and were willing to work evenings and weekends to keep to my schedule as extra work was discovered and added. I will certainly use LB Building Services again for any other work I need doing.

Luke and his team completed the brickwork and roofing for our extension. They were hardworking, tidy, courteous and friendly. Great guys and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Luke and his team completed an excellent job on our new Orangery. He gave brilliant advice and design input, while carrying out a first class job. My wife and family are amazed by the transformation and build quality.

Luke and his team did a great job of opening up our kitchen. They made 2 rooms into one big kitchen space and we love it!! They worked hard and completed the work within a few weeks. We had quite a few changes to our original proposal, and they were very accommodating and advised us on the best ways of doing things. We are very happy with the standard of work and would definitely recommend them, and will contact Luke for any future jobs that we need doing.

We can't thank Luke and his team enough for their hard work. As we hadn't undertaken any building work before, we found him really helpful from start to finish, in terms of helping us decide on options, with specifically itemised quotations, to helping us with bigger decisions around design and making our kitchen extension exactly how wanted it. After the work was completed, exactly as quoted, Luke popped back several times when the kitchen fitters were onsite (contracted separately) to make sure we were happy and that everything was going to plan and finished to a high standard. On top of that, he was really friendly to deal with and always happy to make alterations wherever needed, in person, at the drop of a hat. We would highly recommend him and his team.
