Leading Edge were recommended to us by an incredibly good joiner/carpenter we have used for over ten years and they have undertaken two jobs for us in the past 12 months; the first a wall removal and installation of an RSJ and associated plastering work and the second was to build a three room ground floor extension for us, this second job starting in October 2011 and finishing in December 2011. The extension job included digging all the footings and laying the drains, as well as all the usual foundation and brick work. The work on both jobs was of a very high standard, and logistically, arival/collection of skips, plant etc, they were superb. And incredibly clean and tidy, and considering we were having trenches and soakaways dug in the garden, in winter, that's saying a lot. They never missed a day of the build, always on time, in fact started working before I'd even put the kettle on, incredibly hard workers, very talanted, very friendly, always put us first e. G. One of the openings for a set of french doors when built to plan was ever so slightly off center when built, and I mean a few inches, and Darren brought this to our attention and asked if we would like him to centre the doors, despite the opening already having been built, we said yes please and it was done, no complaining or sucking in of teeth and rubbing of chin! I could go on, it was a completely stress free experience, and the finished job is of an incredibly high standard, Darren is an absolute perfectionist! Price wise, absolutely no ripping off here, it was professional and competative, no hidden charges, came in on budget and was worth every penny! I could go on, the plastering is superb, he dealt with the building inspectors on our behalf, liased with the electricians, joiner and roofer and spoke to the architect directly when questions needed answering, suggested changes in the materials that would be better than that specified, and saved us money in the process, and ran it past the building inspector first; extreme consideration paid to neighbours which included some pretty wizzy drain laying so as not to dig up some of the neigbours property as well; extremely comfortable leaving Darren and his team alone in our property - a top chap.Better stop, as you can see, we rate Leading Edge very highly and will certainly be using them again over the coming months/years, and have recommended them to all of our friends and colleagues.

We hired Leading Edge to carry out some plastering and redecorating and were very impressed with their work. Everything was completed on time and with a minimum of mess and fuss, we also thoought they offered excellent value for money.

We had leading Edge in to take on the task of installing our Block Pave drive . Found Darren and his team to be very proffessional , and good value for money . We would gladly recommend to others , and will definatly use again in the not to distant future.

We’ve recently had a lot of work completed in our new house by Leading Edge Builders. All the walls needed re-plastering, along with new fencing in the back garden. Having had Leading Edge recommended from a friend who’d used them in the past allayed any anxiety about having strangers in my home whilst at work. The end result was superb. Darren and his team made sure that by the time we got home each day, everything was clean and tidied away – with minimal disruption to us. We couldn’t be happier with the work we had done, and would highly recommend Leading Edge to anyone needing to have building work completed by such a friendly and professional company.
