“I called Alex at Leak Shield at 6.20pm on a Thursday evening as my washing machine had a slow leak and had been causing water damage. Alex was out to me within half hour, with the part needed and got it sorted. Within the hour of calling him, he was back on his way, problem sorted. Alex is always helpful & takes care in his work & customers. What more could you want! Highly recommend!”

Very Professional, Punctual and Helpful. Had blocked pipes in bathroom. Sorted quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.
Alex was very helpful and quick to help resolve our toilet flushing issue. He was contacted the evening prior and next morning over to assess and complete. Very professional and friendly. Will use the company again as we have some radiators to replace. Competitively priced too. Thank you again.

I’ve used Alex three times now and I would not be comfortable going anywhere else! I’ve had issues in the past with tradesmen that are unreliable or just want to make as much money as possible from you, But Alex is the direct opposite he is honest and fair! He’s very knowledgeable and efficient, takes the time to explain things to you and is also an extremely pleasant professional person . 10/10 would recommend.

Alex answered our call about 11am and told us that he could look at our blocked drain that afternoon. He phoned us early afternoon to say he was on his way and arrived at 13.30. The problem originated at another drain on our verge but he had everything fixed inside 2 hours including hosing down our patio to remove drips of soiled water - excellent, speedy service at a reasonable price.

They were able to come the same day and arrived within the time slot. Unblocked the drain quickly and without any fuss. Very polite and professional and I would recommend this company.

Alex is always prompt, and very honest. He has been doing all my plumbing jobs for several years, and always does an excellent job. He does not over charge and I have passed his number on to others.
