Linken Services were very quick to respond and carry out a drainage inspection following a concern raised by the surveyor during a house purchase survey. They went the extra mile and liaised with the estate agents directly to arrange the appointment. Excellent company and will use again.

After contacting a few companies, this was the only one that actually rang me back to take my inquiry, this influenced my decision to go them. The team were very helpful in identifying the problem with my drainage and were very accommodating with getting the work done around Severn Trent needing to resolve a further issue that was identified. The work was to a high quality and will make a good impact on my drainage. Sean and Lucy were a pleasure.

They respected my property, worked very skilfully and kept me briefed at all stages of the work. They left the worksite in a very tidy condition (bearing in mind the work involved digging up my lawn) and will continue to monitor the success of the drainage installed for some time to come. The contractor was very polite and professional. He needed access to the next door neighbours sewer panel. He asked politely and ensured that no mess was left after obtaining the information required. We will be recommending this company and using their services again

Found they were competitive, came out the next day as arranged and sorted the job of unblocking a drain. Nice polite people to deal with. Would definitely use again if and when their services are needed.

This can be a difficult area when there are so many scams around. A professional approach and very friendly staff I was put at ease. An in-person call to quote, more than the others did meant the quote was possibly more accurate. Quick turn around as well when I had decided to go ahead. I had an issue with an unfamiliar payment platform but that was quickly resolved by other payment methods.

New additional manhole, descaled and lined drain and replaced existing manhole lid. First rate company. Clear and timely communication. Answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Clear pricing and timing on job and the guys who did the work were fantastic, polite, clean and showed us what they were doing at each stage. Highly recommended.

I was contacted by Linken within minutes of requesting a quote and John turned up at the agreed time. He performed a comprehensive investigation followed by an acceptable quotation. One of his team arrived on the agreed date and was friendly and helpful, explaining what he'd do, and showing me the leak once discovered. The repair was completed and the surrounding area left tidier than when he arrived. I heartily recommend Linken and won't hesitate to call them again if needs be.

AJ's careful investigations and Linken's professional report on our leaking cellar (in north London) finally convinced Thames Water that this was their responsibility. John came over quickly to view the problem and captured what needed to happen quickly and made a video to ensure all was captured, Quote was quickly shared by Lucy and two friendly chaps arrived on time and started the work as agreed. Work was finished in good time, despite a very hot day, and they disposed of the waste as agreed. Cleaned up and left the place better than it started. Very pleased with the work, would definitely recommend and would use Linken Services again.
