2-bedroom house. Promised a platinum service: They said they would pack on Sat for a Mon move. Then changed it to Sun. Then changed it to Mon the day of the move. Arrived with 1 van and 2 people and not enough packing materials. No proper wardrobe packing. No paper rolls . As soon as they arrived, I received a text from Liam in the office demanding the balance of the fee. By 1400, the van was packed with 2/3 of our goods. A relative had to meet the van to collect the rest of our things Tues morning, as we had a long drive . Atrocious organisation. Incompetent management from Liam. 1/10
