Needed a very tired upstairs bathroom stripped and refitted. Leigh and his team were very professional and involved us with all the appropriate decisions. We’re really happy with the end result and would definitely use their services again. They took a lot of care with the tiling in particular. The price point seemed competitive against other quotes.

Arranged an appointment with Lee to give a quote for a shower install / removal bath for elderly parent. A time was arranged 5 days in advance but the company did not show or make any contact to state they wouldn't be attending. This has unfortunately put back any work which is important as my father who is 92 has no access to showering/washing

I cannot recommend Leigh and his team enough. He helped us plan our new bathroom from the design phase, providing us with options of layout, materials and styles. Communication was great and work was carried out to an extremely high standard; the result being above and beyond our expectations. The removal of an internal wall created a large amount of dust which Leigh insured was cleared, by hiring a cleaner before the job was completed! He was reliable, courteous and importantly to us, made the whole experience as stress free as possible. We now have a new room which we are very proud of.

Leigh/LMS were very conscientious and professional. Leigh redesigned a spare bedroom and built a wet room within this room. Leigh planned and discussed issues with us, always feeding back information and giving solid advice. Further, as one of us has mobility and COPD problems Leigh gave great support and took time to explain issues and enabled us to make joint decisions. We are very happy with his work and personal support. We feel that we can trust him and look forward to working with him again.

Leigh totally refitted the bathroom from a 1950’s original to a 2020 ‘ideal bathroom’. All the way through the job he was helpful and met his targets. He completed the job in the timescale of a week( other plumbers said this was impossible) I am glad I had the confidence to trust him. It was a fair price for the job and his recommendations were sensible and based on safety and regulations. He is honest, helpful and is a good craftsman as well as the people working for him. I would not fail to Reccomended his work and would certainly use his service again.

Leigh provided us with good advice and help with the planning and refurbishment of two bathrooms. His work is of a high standard, he and his team are polite, friendly and ensured there was no mess at the end of each day. His knowledge and experience overcame many issues arising along the way, and he went out of his way is assisting and undertaking various additional jobs for us which were nothing to do with the bathrooms. We have no hesitation in recommending Leigh and his team for any works - he is a perfectionist.

Incredibly pleased with our wonderful new shower room. Leigh understood exactly what we wanted, showed us samples and photos of his previous work, giving confidence in him and the design. The work was top quality, beautifully finished and nothing was too much trouble. Explanations throughout, gave us confidence that it was being done properly. His team continuously cleaned up throughout the day, minimizing any disruption. Was really pleased with the work carried out on my bathroom- also Leigh went out of his way to get my bathroom finished so we were not without a bathroom for too long. They were very friendly and professional and didn’t leave any mess. Nothing has been too much trouble; afterwards I had a slight problem with the shower screen; Leigh arranged to come out within the hour that day to check and rectify the problem! I would definitely recommend.
