I have used Local Plumbers in West London a few times. They have always been relaible and punctual and have carried out the work to a high standard.
I had a boiler installed by this company in late 2025. Shortly afterwards, a fault developed which led to a leak and damage at my property. Although the technical issue was eventually addressed, I found the aftercare and resolution process difficult and prolonged. The matter remains unresolved and has required escalation through formal complaint routes. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ensures all warranties, responsibilities, and insurance details are clearly documented in writing before work begins.
