My initial call was 16.25, Oleksandr had arrived at the property and finished the job by 16.45. It was a straightforward lockout but an unusual situation around that. My Mum had closed the door behind her with the keys on the inside lock but had to rush off still to the hospital. I explained this to Oleksandr who said that was fine. He stayed on the phone with me whistling he made entry, delivered the keys to the neighbour and then let me pay by bank transfer. He was professional and very kind during a very upsetting situation. The price I paid was the price quoted on the phone and payment was to a business account. I have saved his number and would 100% recommend him to everyone.
