Lucian was brilliant! He was punctual and arrived within an hour - 8pm. He was able to supply and fit a new front door lock, a part he was carrying in his van and ensure we were safe. The end bits of a key broke off in my front door deadbolt lock and could not be accessed, so I called Locksmiths Services and Dean was here in under an hour; retrieved the broken section and moved the doorjamb part of the lock so the lock caught better and works a lot easier.
