We’ve called John out twice now and each time he arrived quickly, was professional and diligent. John also gave us advice on the type of lock we have and how to stop the issue reoccurring. The price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend!

Old lock mech. was not repairable so replaced .Also old handles were not compatable with new mech. so also replaced . John told us the approx cost before work started and final cost was close to estimate . Very pleased with quality of work , cost and timescale .

Called Lock Tech Solutions after our front door decided not to close whatsoever!! This was around 2pm on a Friday, and he was here by 4pm on his way home from a job. He knew instantly the issue and put a temporary mechanism in until the one he ordered could be fitted. This made us feel safe in our home knowing the temporary fix would keep us secure. He turned up on Monday as he was passing with our new one and it was fitted immediately! Cannot thank him enough for doing this so quickly. Polite and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!! They came on time and carried out the work efficiently . The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Needed a new lock mechanism asap as the lock broke the morning we were going away. John came out within the hour and fitted a temporary lock while he sourced a new part for when we returned. Great service.

Called due to issue with no locking on front door, locksmith (John) was here within half an hour of called. He knew exactly what was wrong and changed it straight away, professional, tidy and explained what was wrong and what was done. Everything done from call to completion within an hour.

John turned up promptly and found the issue straight away. He secured the door overnight so the parts could be ordered and came back the next day to fit the replay part. Very happy with the service.
