We met Ian for the initial quotes and discussion about the work and options we wanted and he was professional, friendly and gave great advice without pushing for decisions or pressure. The work was completed when agreed and within 2 days for the whole house and garage. The two fitters were excellent, left no mess, were polite and efficient. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and team and we are very pleased with the new roofline work, soffits and guttering.

I contacted Ian Harper from a leaflet I'd had for about a year. He came round and we agreed a price for Soffits, fascias and guttering to be installed. A date was set for three weeks time for work to commence. Absolutely excellent work and product. Full detached house , porch area and above garage doors all completed to a very high standard. It took six working days to complete by Ben who was an excellent worker, very polite and good to talk to. Every day rubbish was taken away and cleaned up. From initial contact with Ian Harper to the completion of the work, it was a breeze. Ian was very patient with me when asking questions and was always very policy and professional. I was not present at the property when this work was being done, so photographs were taken to show the completion of work which is to a high standard. The work was undertaken by Ben and was completed to a very high standard. In addition he was very punctual, got on with the job as soon as he arrived, was not on his mobile throughout the day, and cleaned up before leaving when finished for the day. As far as we are concerned he was the best and most conscientious workman we have had over the course of the 20plus years we have lived here. Chose to have all fascia, gutters and soffits replaced. I had three quotes from different suppliers. One was a lot cheaper but didn't fill me with confidence at all and a bit full of his own self importance. Quote was poor, didn't discuss the quality of the products and just gave me a figure. One other was even worse, no indication of the product just very very high price and that was for capping not replacing. Longlife Exteriors Suppliers were much more professional. Ian discussed with us the products and gave advice. Price was in the middle of the three. Work was started and completed by fitter Ben on the dates given. Ben left the garden clean and tidy. I've since been up on the scaffolding to inspect the work and being a fussy very competent DIY'er I'm really please with the work. Thanks to Ian and Ben and the rest of the team.....
