Lou’s Thread offers a wide range of bespoke services from interior design to make up, all lovingly handmade by Louise in her workroom in rural North Yorkshire. We pride ourselves in attention to detail using the best quality materials and fabrics. The interior design service is tailored to your needs; so whether you need help with one pair of interlined curtains, a Roman blind or help with a whole house project consisting of wallpaper, paint and fabrics we are there to assist. We offer a free initial consultation where everything is discussed including a budget figure; a ‘mood board’ will be created to help with a vision for the room. Louise likes to visit your home for the initial meeting so she can see the ambiance of the room, get a feel for your home environment and your full requirements. From there she will put samples together which can be discussed when visiting her design studio (preferably by appointment) about 8 miles from Wetherby. A full range of fabrics and furnishings are always there to be viewed and chosen.
