Upsidedowndesign is a Yorkshire based interior design business owned and managed by Carole Whitby. From a single room makeover to a whole house refurb, the team will listen carefully to your requirements. Last year's addition of a retail design space on Bootham in York now enables clients to find inspiration whilst discussing projects. Whether you are working, sleeping or just busy living, we can help create the perfect space for you. From a straightforward makeover in preparation for sale, to a complete overhaul of your tumbledown ruin, we would love to be involved in your project. As no two projects are exactly the same, we tailor make our service depending on your needs and budget. We offer a free initial consultation so you can be sure that you are hiring the right team. We are of the opinion that bigger is not always better and that less is, in fact, usually more. The home of your dreams needn't cost a fortune. Our experience in sourcing and project management will avoid costly mistakes, leaving more funds for the nicer things in life. For the duration of your project, our skilled team will deliver the highest quality of workmanship, always remembering that they are guests in your home.
