Highlights

"We met andy Sean in October and we was in complete despair, we was on the middle of converting a large building into a veterinary practice, the builders had left the project, the building control company had gone into liquidation and we was facing bankruptcy with a massive loan gaining interest and only a limited budget to complete, the guys absolutely blew this project out of the park, they arranged building control, structural engineers, liaised with architects, ventilation, lift installers, fire prevention companies, we could not believe the knowledge this company had I highly recommend"

"Very prompt. Andy listened to what I wanted and his team delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The work done was to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the result."

"Any and his team are ace! I had an emergency he came with no obligation at night to prop the building up while he encouraged me to get other quotes. The work started as soon as he said it would to a better than new standard and they were gone without a trace on the day they planned. Excellent to deal with and will use again without a doubt. Thanks guys!"

Smart checks

Before you hire a builder

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
Be wary of a cash-only price or pressure to start tomorrow — both are red flags for an unaccountable job.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
Check the credentials and registrations that matter for this work — and that they are current.
