Reg and his son Stuart are life saver to us. Having been through hell with bad builders over last year I was very skeptical when Reg gave me a very good quote to install a new shower and toilet in my basement, thinking he will charge more when the job's finished. Reg and Stuart did a fantastic job building my new bathroom, from fitting new shower, toilet, sink and towel rail and tiling the whole bathroom! The job took longer than expected because we found some unexpected problems in basement. I was gob smacked that Reg did not charge me extra and stay with his original quote! Reginald is a lifesaver. We had a leak in our conservatory roof and tried in vain to get someone around. Several companies (including companies on this side) said they would come to quote and never turned up. Others only wanted to replace the entire roof of the conservatory and were not interested in the repair work. Reginald and his team carried out a full repair including installing lead flashing and replacing the finials on the conservatory. He replaced and repaired some wooden frames on the windows and even hand-cleaned the glass of our very large conservatory He carried out a stellar job and has guaranteed his work. He's a true professional and expert. I would highly recommend him - if you can get him as he's in demand!

Reg and Stuart have now undertaken a succession of works for us of two bathroom refits with alterations, an extension roof renewal and wall insulation. Positive response to the inevitable challenges/discoveries when doing works in an old house, and to changes added to the works. Good valve. Will use them again.

We live on the 3rd and 4th floor of a terraced house and had a leak in our waste and boiler pipe. Another plumber was not able to reach the pipe properly from inside and was not prepared to work at heights, so left it without finishing the job but in an even worse state. We called plumbers, abseilers etc but nobody was prepared to fix our leak at such height or only at astronomical costs. Reginald took on the job without hesitation and replaced the pipe at a reasonable price in no time. We can only highly recommend.

Reginald carried out roof repairs to a high standard for a very competitive price. He included materials and he also took away the debris. The area was left incredibly clean and he finished on time. He provided many photographs of the completed work. His work also comes with a guarantee. I contacted 12 companies, most would not give guarantees for repairs, the only option from some was to replace the roof at a considerable cost. From our first meeting he gave me confidence. He came across as trustworthy, straight forward and no fuss, he was not pushy in any way. I can certainly not say this regarding most of the other roofers who came to do an inspection. Communication was a little slow at times but overall I would not hesitate to recommend Reginald as his work was on time clean and affordable.
