Contacted Martin to get two toilets repaired. Great communication throughout and work was completed to a high standard and at a reasonable price. So refreshing to find traders like this who are efficient freindly and above good at what they do.

This is the second year running I have used M&M for my annual boiler service. Martin arrived on time and got straight to work, very thorough and completed all OK. have no reservations about using M&M again and thoroughly recommend.

First time using Martin and the team. Had issues with our boiler across the bank holiday weekend. No hot water, fixed and working on Saturday, broken again Sunday evening. Martin then kindly came out bank holiday Monday at no extra cost and it’s been fine ever since. Would recommend without hesitation.

This was the first time I had called M&M Gas Services. I found them on Which Trusted Traders. We were about to have a new washing machine installed, but after checking the supply connection for the new machine, the installer told me that he could not proceed because there was a problem with an inlet valve as well as a problem with the stopcock under the sink. I was advised to call a plumber. I called M&M and spoke to Martin. We arranged an appointment. He arrived on time and was able to assess the situation quickly. He freed up both the inlet valve and the stopcock without any problem. He completed the job by testing and confirming that everything was operating normally. He told me that there should be no further problem when installing the new washing machine. He was correct. The charges from M&M Gas Services were fair and I was happy to learn that no parts needed replacing. I am now waiting for M&M to do a boiler service. I am confident that this will be carried out in the same efficient way.

M&M gas services were efficient open and transparent about fixing the air source heat pump. Despite having to go through the original supplier for parts and the frustration and difficulty that brought they remained professional and were able to complete the job. Would happily use them again.

M&M has carried out a number of projects over the past 10 years including a particularly demanding one which involved moving our boiler and hot water system into the roof space. They also carry out our regular boiler servicing at our property, and, our business properties, and some emergencies. Martin, Shaun and colleagues have always been punctual and reliable, friendly and capable. I highly recommend this company.

In 2022 Martin installed a new boiler for us in our old heating system and has carried out a maintenance service each year. We recently experienced a system failure resulting in the boiler not following the programme and shutting down. On making an early morning phone call we discovered that Martin was sick in bed but he advised us how to manage the situation without loosing heating until he could get an engineer out later that day. It was discovered that a motorised valve had failed in the old system and this was replaced first thing next day. Under the circumstances a first class service.

We have had an issue with our underfloor heating for a long time and after several different plumbers and many hours work, 2 new motors and a new manifold later it was still not functioning how it used to. Shaun was friendly and professional and quickly got to work assuring us that he would get to the bottom of it, which he did and very quickly! Shaun was the only plumber who picked up that there was a blockage in the pipe that was restricting the heating from working properly, this was then cleared and the heating was working properly once again! He checked we were happy with it after 24 hours and all is still working and warmer than it has been for a very long time! I highly recommend M&M gas services and we will certainly not need to look anywhere else again for plumbing issues.

M&M Services install a new hot water tank and a shower pump I must strongly recommend them they were the right price I believe very helpful and most friendly I would use them again excellent service,

Taps in the bathroom sink needed to be replaced. Piero came on time, disconnected the water and replaced the taps, then resumed the supply. All done quickly and efficiently for the agreed charge.

Thermostatic valve was changed, no more leaks. I have dealt with Martin from M&M for a few years now, I find him to be friendly and helpful. Will continue to use when needed.

We woke up to cold water and Sean came very promptly and diagnosed a blocked filter in the boiler (which was easily sorted) but warned that this was a quick fix and we would also need two new motorised valves. He gave us an estimate and scheduled the repair, which was carried out quickly and efficiently by his team. It didn't go completely smoothly, but we were particularly impressed by the speed of Sean's response to the issues that emerged on two occasions until the system was running properly. We have used M&M for different jobs over several years now and would thoroughly recommend them

I have had several plumbers in the past, and many have retired or moved away. Found M&M lived just around the corner from me, so gave them a try. Called at mine on his way home and identified the problem. Great service. Made arrangements to get parts, and one of the team called to fix the problem. Will now be on my list for any future problems and will recommend them to others. Prompt and friendly service, well done!!

I had a problem with my gas boiler and called M&M. I was immediately impressed with the service I received and the prompt response. Having decided to replace the old boiler, Sean was able to give me an instant quote for a replacement, plus a replacement pump and thermostat, and new taps in the downstairs toilet. Having agreed on the quote, the work was carried out very quickly to a very high standard. During the whole process, I was impressed with the business-like but friendly attitude, and they gave me confidence in their experience and knowledge. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
