The ceilings are now perfectly smooth, modern and clean, and the space looks like it belongs in a completely different decade (in the best possible way!). The work was done to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. He was punctual, tidy, and kept us updated throughout the job. Everything was completed on time and with minimal disruption. We are delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
