The latest room he plastered was the kitchen and the job was completed to the same high standard as the rest of the rooms. I've never had any issues with his work and his jobs have never run over the initially quoted number of days or cost. I highly recommend M V Plastering."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
