"We were in the process of selling our late mother-in-law's house, when the buyer's survey showed up a problem with the chimney. One of the photos taken by the surveyor showed a seagull roosting where the chimney pot should have been! The buyer had obtained a quote from Mann Roofing and we were asked whether we would pay for the work to be done or whether the cost would be deducted from the final settlement. We decided to pay ourselves, and contacted Mann Roofing to take up their quotation. Richard Mann was very helpful, friendly, and made a very good job of the work despite the weather."
