"Following a catastrophe involving a Febreze air freshener falling into the toilet pan at the exact moment it was on full flush – which resulted in the toilet being blocked - this company came to the rescue! Shortly after our call Ryan attended our home to carry out the work (which involved dismantling the toilet due to where the item was stuck) . Ryan was really pleasant & professional and informed us that we were not the only ones that had this type of incident. Everything was left working perfectly again, much to our relief! Excellent service and we would highly recommend this company."
