I am really happy I had Marlite to come and repair chimney. I have had a leak on and off for 3 years but nobody has been able to sort it out. When they came to do job they methodically went through the chimney and spotted a couple of areas where leak could be from and took photos to show. They then replaced or repaired these then did the same with surrounding roof area. I now have no leak and surrounding roof area is as good as new. They were really nice people to have around, being considerate about mine and my neighbours property (they had to access chimney from there) making sure all was tidy at the end of the day. They even came back to do another water test on Monday to really make sure the leak was fixed which it is. Fantastic wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Mark & Dave repaired my chimney flaunching. Plus other small but very necessary works that their experienced eyes could see needed doing. On old houses, small jobs, when not attended to, very quickly grow into large, and expensive jobs. I am very grateful that they could easily have left these jobs, but their dedication, professionalism and pride in their work meant that they were sorted there and then. And at no extra cost. They are polite, on time, on budget, first-class work ethics and in keeping you informed. What more, or better service or better tradespeople could I have asked for? Mark and Dave are very busy, the best people in any trade usually are. They are worth the wait. You will not be disappointed.

Mark and his colleague attended to sort out a leaky kitchen extension roof. Everything was fully explained and received photos of his progress from start to finish. Even sorted out a couple of unexpected issues. Overall great work, would highly recommend.

Arranged for a visit to quote to have the lead cheek reattached to my dorma window. It had come off in stormy weather and been sat on the roof tiles for some time. The price was fair and they offered to do the job there and then, which I gladly accepted. Not only did they do this job, they secured two loose tiles and cleared debris from the gutter at no extra charge. Nice polite and friendly team, who I will be calling again when I need more help.

Mark came to have a look and diagnose the problem. He knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote and arranged a date to return to fix it. He came back twice to complete the job and him and the lads were polite and professional. They were tidy and punctual. I will use Mark again in the future for brickwork issues that require some maintenance and will recommend him to anyone who needs any work doing.

We would highly recommend Mark (Marlite) he is very helpful and kept us informed about the work, with advise and videos. He discovered previous faulty work by another roofer and spent time putting it right, his work is first class. He is friendly and polite and made sure everything was cleaned up when he finished the job. We can’t praise Marlite Roofing & Brickwork enough, their professional work ethic is second to none, they are hardworking, courteous and a credit to the trade. Previously we had been victims of rogue builders who left our roof in a complete mess due to seriously bad workmanship. These are the kind of loosely called ‘tradesmen’ nobody should employ as they left our property in a worse state than before they arrived, making matters worse and leaving our roof leaking more than ever and in a shocking state. We contacted Marlite Roofing & Brickwork as we were at the end of our tether, totally stressed out and upset with what we had been left with. We found Mark’s details after searching on the Nottinghamshire County Council Trading Standards Approved Trader Scheme page. In hindsight we should have gone down this route initially, but we only did a normal google search which brings up all manner of trades claiming to be the real deal. Well, Marlite Roofing & Roofing is definitely the real deal as they carried out a first-class job with our roof repairs. Before work commenced Mark completed a thorough survey and informed us of what was required to rectify the previous attempted efforts. The tiles on the affected roof area had to be removed and re-laid due to being out of alignment. Several broken tiles had to be replaced along with sub-standard fitted lathes and

Mark discussed the work required to repair a redundant chimney. He clearly explained what was needed with pictures to support this. He communicated well throughout the process. The work was completed promptly to a high standard at a fair price. I would highly recommend Marlite to others a will be using them again for further work.

Mark and Chris did a great job sorting out my leaking chimney stack, Mark took pictures and videos all the way through the work and explained all that they were doing, I had Marlite roofing after seeing them on a lot of trusted sites like this one do this job after another company did a shocking job. Just wish I'd have had mark from Marlite the first time round.

Due to being busy took a short while to visit which was not a problem, a sign of a quality tradesman. Mark took the time to visit and provide a quote. Happy with the price and contacted Mark to proceed After numerous attempts to arrange a start date just got totally ignored. Why make the effort if they were never interested

After being told multiple times that I needed a new roof, Marlite came out to give me an estimate. I am so impressed with him and his honesty. Not only did he let me know that my roof still has a few good years in it, but he also repaired areas to stop any leaks. They cleaned up after themselves and were also careful not to damage any plants along the sides of the building.

Mark arrived when he said that he would, and was friendly and polite. He checked out the area where the sites were loose, took photos/video from roof level so I could see the problem and discussed the cost to fix it. Once Mark had finished the job, he took pictures of the completed work, for me to view before payment. Great work, no mess left and I’m a very happy customer.

Just had Marlite roofing put me a new chimney pot and new re-flaunching today, Mark and the lads have done a great job. This is the second time I've had Marlite roofing do some work for me and if I ever need more work done I'll always go with them every time.
