Great service, arrived within about 20 mins of my call to help get me back into my house. Really friendly and quick. Hopefully won’t need an emergency locksmith again, but if I do I’ll use these guys!

Marvellous service l had locked myself out and as l work for public services l really couldn’t phone in late. The gentleman arrived as promised in three quarters of a hour and job was done efficiently and quickly!!! This company helped some one else in my block too and was just the same. ***** Highly Recommended ***** Had an urgent job in Croydon to replace locks after a burglary and gotten a few quotes. So glad I chose Master Locksmiths. They were courteous and efficienct and the gave me invaluable guidance without trying to upsell locks, which were unnecessary, and explained things to me in a way which is so rare these days. Not only that, but their price was almost 50% cheaper like for like than one and 20% less than another. Brilliant company and local firm which i think you have to support these days over the big corporate firms trying to disrupt the market. 5 star

Imagine being locked out of your house when your key suddenly won't work and your insurance company says your not covered. Master Locksmiths were fantastic. They were there within ten minutes and got it sorted. Can't praise the people and company enough. Excellent

It's the second time I've used these guys - once for the back door when that lock failed and now for the front door. The guys got someone out to me same day, assessed and repaired the following day exactly when they said they would for the price they said they would do it for. Excellent communications and friendly people. I really can't fault them.

Very impressed by the polite and efficient service. The door was completely jammed shut. The two men managed to get it open, removed the locking bar then took it to be refitted with a new locking mechanism. They came back 2 hours later and refitted the bar, realigned the door and left us with a door that works better than it ever has since new. A very reasonable fee for an excellent job.

Very quick response at night and in the pouring rain. Repaired a broken lock and fitted a new deadbolt lock as well. Repair was better than it was before the break. Really good quality job. Took the time to explain everything. Very pleased.

Friendly and knowledge We got locked out and they over within fifteen minutes even though we eventually managed to open the door we wanted the lock checked out and master locksmiths kindly cleaned out the lock for us
