Each part of the project was quoted for and discussed to make sure we both knew what the outcome would be. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I didn't live in the property during the renovation but during each unannounced visit the site was clean and tidy and progress was quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recover Mayfair to anyone."

Dean’s team were also genuine, good guys who were easy to have around, nothing ever seemed to be an issue. We had a wall removed to make one room. The work also required re-routing of plumbing and electrics along with new kitchen and skylight. I work in construction myself, having met many builders over the years, these guys are definitely one of the good ones. Would happily recommend!"
