M&B contacted me from Checkatrade and the job was done within two weeks. They offered advice and clear explanations , Four chaps came , which was enough to get the job done in one quite long , during which they all woked solidly , and politely with no unnecesary nose to upset neighbours . they tidied up and finished off very nicely . They also managed the fairly restricted area and limited parking well .

Absolutely excellent work , can't praise him enough. Kept us informed on what he was doing, nothing was too much trouble. He is a very pleasant man and would recommend him 100%.

Finally a builder interested in doing the work! Came out twice to refine the plan of what we wanted. The drive was edged with kerbs, a good base layer, then gravel on top. Paths were edged with paviours and having prepared the base well…including digging out some bamboo…the gravel laid down. A really nice job and a good experience of working with the MandBConstruction team.

Job executed to perfection in one working day, four days after accepting estimate. Mark and his crew arrived exactly on time and organised delivery of equipment and materials despite confined access to property. The entire crew were polite and acted professionally at all times. Their attention to detail was impressive and their clean-up operation exceptional! B & M's motto seems to be "Do the best job possible" and they certainly do. Would recommend most highly.

Mark and his team did an absolutely first class job. We had artificial grass laid and a large patio area, they were on different levels so retaining sleepers were used. They got the job done in 2 days to a very high standard which in itself is quite an accomplishment. Very polite and friendly and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Mark and his team constructed a brand new driveway and block paved our front garden. Their punctuality and work ethic was admirable and finished the work on time. Mark and his team knocked down the retaining wall of an existing patio and then extended the patio, put down new slabs and replaced the wall with sleepers. I now have a much wider, more modern patio. Mark and his team worked hard, kept me informed as to what they were doing and started and finished the job on time. This is the second time I have used M and B Construction. The first job was a block paved driveway and I have been very pleased with the end result on both occasions.

Highly recommend this company. Excellent from the point of quoting to completing the work. All the guys worked so hard and did a fantastic job to transform our front and back garden. Communication also great, and really tidy.
