Marcus was extremely professional and responsive, providing and submitting extension plans to the planning approval authority in Guildford. Highly recommend.
We would highly recommend Marcus and MB Designs! We have two projects on the go and Marcus has done a brilliant job of drawing up the plans and submitting planning applications. He listened to what we were trying to achieve, offered very helpful advice and his designs are not only just what we wanted but thanks to his meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of local planning and building regs both have been given planning permission.
Marcus did a great job at drawing up the plans for our bungalow extension. He was very thorough and gave great attention to detail. He offered a lot of advice and went above and beyond with the drawings to help us envisage the space properly and was always available to answer any additional questions we had. Would highly reccomend.
