John has a great eye for detail and design, his many recommendations were spot on, we had bespoke units made by the carpenters , which means we now are the proud owners of a dream extension and decking. MBP removed an internal wall for us. John, the owner, inspired confidence from the outset, and all the builders who worked on the job were excellent. The work was done to a very high standard, and the area where the job was done was left immaculate at the end. The price we paid was fair and didn't vary from the quote. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and MBP Construction to anyone seeking reliable and courteous builders who do high quality work at a fair price.

If like me you have struggled to get a quote or even have your calls returned then MBP Construction will restore your faith, from day one appointments were kept and quotes arrived in good time. We had our bedroom fully refurbished with large Velux windows, a new floor, full plastering and decorating. We also had our garage refurbished or rather almost totally rebuilt with new roof, floor and workshop. Another bonus is that they turn up on time everyday they never missed a day and the whole team are personable, friendly and polite. A Top-class team highly recommend.

John and his team were excellent, hard-working, cheerful and punctual, which helped a lot as the job didn’t go to plan (not their fault) but they found a solution and still completed on time. The work involved a kitchen wall knock through into the garage which sounded simple but involved different levels, unexpected joist configurations and because of a Surveyor error the emergency removal and relocation of the boiler. Amazingly the finished job is better than originally planned, you couldn’t ask for more.

We used MBP construction to remove a wall in our property and to create a family space. They removed the old kitchen, installed a new modern one and re plastered and painted all the walls, removed old doors. We had new radiators fitted in the new space and now we have a fantastic multi use space. We moved in on the 30th May they started on the 3rd June and work was all completed by mid July, just in time for our new arrival that came end on July. John made a visit everyday to check on work completed and to ensure it was off a great standard. We feel very grateful to have found such a reliable

John and his team were very professional and done an amazing job on our garage conversation. The quote was very competitive, and this is what we paid. The work was finished in the time stated. The cabinet that was built just for us was brilliant and the painter / decorator was is a credit to his team. We are looking at our kitchen done in the future and would only pick up the phone to call John and his team.

John and his team completed this job with great professionalism. The end result is smart with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy. John is always very flexible, for example in this case arranging for scaffolding to be removed as soon as it was finished with so we didn't have it for an extra weekend. John and his team are courteous and friendly, and always considerate.

Always on time, communication excellent, trustworthy, picked up other "cowboy builer" job and delivered a 100% , even suggested changing roof design, cleaned the pavement in front of the house to keep neighbors happy. John even helped moving the furniture when all was done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
