I have used media comms twice now to hang my telly in my new build Flat and I cannot recommend them enough on both separate occasions. They have exceed expectations completely cleared up after themselves been nothing but friendly and offered great advice.

Very prompt to contact when I posted the job. Offered date within a few days. Came on the day expected and the team were courteous and knowledgeable. Job completed quickly . Only negative I got the impression when I booked that I would be contacted at the beginning of the day with a time estimate. In fact the call came about 15 minutes before they arrived.

Chris from Mediacoms came out and completed a LNB replacement and also sorted out the lack of an ITV channel on our TV's. This was all completed very efficiently and problems resolved in a timely and efficient way. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and the service received was excellent at a very fair price.
