I called the following morning and Greg was able to come same day which I very much appreciated. He was able to repair the door and trim the edges so it closed easily again. I was very happy with the work and the rapid response. Also excellent communication as he advised after I called what time he should be able to confirm and confirmed later on and arrived exactly on time. I was pleased with the price too. I will certainly use Mordors again!"

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
