Booked this company for time between 12 to 1pm on the 7th sept 2021 I need this done at this time due to my 86 yr old mother needing the bed that day due to ill Health and was told this can be done. I had to phone to ask were he was at 1.30pm and said running late due to no staff and be no later than 2hrs. I had to phone a number of times to see were they were and they decided to turn up at 6pm to do the job at this point I told him not to bother. He made a number of promises and didn’t keep his word. I would never use them or even recommend them to my worst enemy.
