"We had a new boiler and radiator installed by Michael and his team. They were all very professional and thorough, taking great care not to damage our flooring and keeping everything clean and tidy. The quote was also very reasonable. Communication was excellent — whenever we needed something extra, Michael was very responsive and even made the effort to come to us within 20 minutes when I had some questions about a water cylinder. We will definitely use M.R.S Heating and Plumbing again for any future plumbing work and our annual boiler service. Thank you!"
"My boiler stopped working at 4 .30 pm on a Friday.My usual heating company had finished for the weekend. I telephoned M.R.S. on the off chance, Mike had also finished for the weekend, but nevertheless he came out. He worked doggedly to resolve the issue, which he did. In addition to his kindness and good work ethic, Mike left the boiler area,in a clean tidy condition. I was so grateful to him and I would highly recommend him to others."
