Nigel has done many jobs for us, before and since (this was the main one), and he and his son Jake have been wholly professional and courteous throughout, always talking time to explain options and working diligently to get the job done. We wouldn't have anyone else!
Nigel is a master at his job, he thinks outside the box, is solution focussed, and very professional. He is always prompt, polite and efficient. He sticks to realistic quotes.

We are repeat customers of Nigel over the past 12 years. He is trustworthy, reliable and professional eith a lovely dry sense of humour. On this occasion it was a small job for him in that our kitchen appliances and central heating fuse kept tripping. I called him at lunchtime and he arrived before tea time. It was caused by water getting into our outside sockets in the garden We have other non urgent jobs which we will book him for. We can't recommend Nigel highly enough.
Nigel and Jake have done several bits of work for us over the years. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Always punctual, friendly, full of ideas and advice. They do a thorough and careful job. Very highly recommend.
Nigel and Jake are great guys to deal with, they were kind, understanding and very respectful with my 85 year old mum - the quote for works was very well explained so we as a family have complete confidence with entrusting Nigel and Jake to carry out the necessary essential works.
