When worked comnenced, he was thorough and paid attention to detail, explaining the work in the stages undertaken. We are both very pleased with the new bathroom, that came in at a competetive price and we cannot praise Neil enough for a meticuloys job. Added to that, he is an amusing and polite guy, who takes pride in his work. Excellent. Not one thing to fault."
