"I initially contacted a large Gates company to do some fault finding on our electric gates. They misdiagnosed the issue and charged me a fortune. Fortunately, I found Neil on Checkatrade and had a fantastic experience. He was very reactive, extremely knowledgeable and competent, and priced more competitively than larger companies. NG Gates servicing is much more thorough than most companies, as he took the motor out of the pit, changed some bolts, etc. and spent considerable more time than our previous supplier. Our gates were back in service in record time. I Highly recommend NB Gates!"
