Would recommend without question. Neil has been doing work for me for approximately 10 years, and has done lots over that time - I'm very happy with everything he's done for me.
Nice to be shown what needed to be done, and to have explained what repairs were necessary and kept informed as work progressed.
So refreshing to have a builder/roofer do what he said he was going to do.

I had a tile which was causing the problem, Neil came around fixed the problem temporarily and came back to fix it properly. He is trustworthy and gave good advice.

Previous bad experiences from other builder so very concerned. Was understanding, very reasonable. Difficulties caused through weather, he kept me fully informed.
Getting the roof fixed was difficult due to the amount of rain, but Neil kept in touch and I was aware the work would be done as soon was possible. Neil took photos as he was working so I could see what needed doing and what was done. Due to the rain Neil has to come back the next day to complete a small amount of work, and only asked for payment once everything had been finished. I would use again.
