Waqas was a pleasure to work with — calm, approachable, and always respectful of our home. Waqas and his team where originally very pleasant, unfortunately the radiator they have fitted is now dangerously hanging off our wall as it was fitted incorrectly. It was agreed that he would come back and resolve this, after numerous messages and phone calls which have been ignored I am left no other option but to pay for someone else to come and make it safe.
