The service was great. I had a response to book someone in the day I raised the job on check a trade (a Sunday), and was booked in for the Tuesday (they offered Monday, but I was not available). They sent me a message in the day to give me a rought time and they arrived at that time. They were quick to identify the issue (leaky toilet) and were able to repair in full within a couple of hours. The price charged was very reasonable.

Very promptly contacted me and confirmed details of the job, would have preferred to be contacted again and given a price and explanation of what needed doing rather than just completing the work and presenting the bill. Having said that the work was done to a good standard and the price was reasonable.

I've used this company a couple of times before.  Contact with them was easy and an appointment was scheduled the next day.  Maciej diagnosed the leak on the boiler pipe and dealt with it quickly.  The work resulted in a hole in the wall to get to the pipe, however he filled this in for me.  Maciej was professional and polite, he even took his shoes off before entering the house. All rubbish was removed and the area was left tidy. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others

Great job done by Normz. Replaced my tap unit and also added in line valves to make future servicing the unit easier. Very happy with the communication and clean job they did. Will use them for our future plumbing needs.

Plumber arrived promptly, as agreed, and the job was completed quickly despite not being as straightforward as originally thought, and the plumber having to go out and buy a different replacement mixer tap. The room was left clear and tidy with just the old parts left in a neat pile for me to dispose of. I would definitely recommend to others because despite the job not being an emergency they were able to do the job first thing the following morning following my first contact with them. I am extremely happy with the service.

Work was carried out within a few days of the request going out. All finished inside an hour or so with no issues. Can recommend if you're in a pinch.

Plumber arrived on time for the appointment , diagnosed the issue and fixed it in 30 mins. He's work was very efficient and left the workplace neat and tidy.
