Found North East Heating Solutions online after deciding to go all electric with the view of going solar eventually.I am a believer in first impressions ! They answered straight away and not long after leaving my details Howard the owner contacted me and arranged an appointment which was impressive and reassuring as we had no hot water or heating . After the consultation they very kindly fitted me into their tight schedule to fit the sunamp so we at least had hot water which was fitted within a couple weeks and we are so impressed with the Sunamp heater it does everything Howard said it would do instant heat at pressure no noise WOW ! The team came a few weeks later to fit the radiators they were efficient worked well together polite tidy and did a very very good job despite me asking for where I wanted it fitting which was a nightmare for them. Big thanks to Phil,Kev who went out of the way to lift my floor boards to hide cables and thanks to Luke for explaining how the system works and In general Huge thanks to North East Heating Solutions overall They lived up to first impressions quick at answering phone and giving a excellent prompt professional service

Phil the plumber removed the old gas boiler and radiators and installed the Sunamp. Luke and Krev installed Elkatherm radiators. They turned up as scheduled and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. This alone would have given them a 5 star review. But in addition to this, they worked in a very neat way, moving furniture and household items back and forth in order to do it, and cleaned and tidied after themselves. They were careful to make sure everything was installed exactly as I wanted it and were generous when installing new electric sockets. I was provided with instruction of how to work the new equipment and was given a very clear demonstration. They were polite and fun to be around. I can't recall having such a good service in recent times. I am one very happy customer

Had installation of elkatherm radiators and solar compatible sunamp water system in old house to replace oil central heating. Initial assessment clear and knowledgeable (Howard) taking time to tailor to our individual circumstances. Actual installation excellent - efficient, helpful, friendly and tidy throughout. Worked extremely well as a team, meaning that removal of old system, fitting new one and clearing up to high standard, as well as ensuring we knew exactly how to work system via app completed in 2.5 days (14 room house). Heating system excellent, easy to configure, and water system gives mains pressure instant hot water. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing new heating system

We had an ELKAtherm radiator installed in our bathroom and were most impressed by the calibre of Kevin and Phil the two engineers who fitted it. They were punctual, polite and extremely professional. The radiator is of the highest quality and the company lives up to this standard. We would not hesitate to use the company again nor to recommend it to others

What a great company. We had a solid fuel boiler removed and 5 radiator conversions. Communications with the company prior to fitting and after the work had been completed was excellent. Very friendly and helpful team in all stages of the work, tidy and efficient. Spent time with us at the end of the job to explain the app and how the system can be controlled. Can highly recommend every aspect including the efficient heating system that has modernised our home.

I decided to go 100% electric and found this company after reading so many good reviews online. The process was trouble free and excellent from start to finish. The team which consisted of 1 plumber (Phil) and 2 electricians (Kev and Jamie) carried out the job within a day and a half. This included removing old boiler, water tanks, visible pipe work, fitting new sockets, removing old radiators and fitting 6 new ones. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the results of the new system. The whole team including office staff are very courteous and easy to talk to, nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing the same. Thanks very much.

My old storage heaters & complicated meter system were removed & new clay core radiators installed. They accommodated my request to remove old heaters allowing me to re-decorate prior to installation. I also had to change dates twice. The work was done on time, quickly, cleanly without any inconvenience to me, even though it was not straightforward. I was patiently given operating instructions- reassured they would come back if I had any future problems which couldn’t be solved by phone. The service I received from first contact has been excellent. Very happy with this company.

This was the first phase of three stage install to replace an oil-fired central heating system. The work was done successfully, on time and with no residual issues. Both installers (Kev and James) were friendly, helpful and tidy in their work. We would thoroughly recommend their services and look forward to completion of the next phase. The system has worked well from the outset with no calls for assistance.

Three good workers from north east heating solutions, Phil the plumber,Kev and Jamie the electrician's, work was completed in one day, to remove old gas radiators and replace with electric radiators, job was done neat and tidy, instructions on how to use the system was giving first class, I was very impressed with completed work.

Removed old oil boiler and radiators, installed new electric radiators and Sunamp water heater. This was done to the agreed timescale and scope and for the agreed cost. We chose North East Heating Solutions after getting several quotes because we felt that we had received an honest and realistic view of the pros and cons of the system. There was no hard sell and the description of what we would be buying and the answers to our questions were knowledgeable and professional. The plumber and electricians who arrived to do the work were likewise professional and efficient as well as being friendly and considerate of how work was carried out. It was completed to schedule. There was a glitch after the work had been completed and we had to call them back out to remedy it, Their response was quick and professional and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. There was no additional cost. Overall I would recommend this company.

We had the old radiators and pipework removed and new radiators installed. All done as scheduled and the team dealt easily with the few unanticipated problems. All radiators set up on the WiFi control system and good follow up to check all was working as it should. Very pleased with the quality of the system and the quality of service received.

Installation carried out quickly & efficiently by a friendly & approachable team. The results give me individual control of both temperature & timings independently for all rooms with radiators installed.

After living in a three bedroom fridge for years with only one storage heater working it’s an absolute delight to come home to a warm house and it’s all thanks to the lads at North East Heating Solutions Ltd. I cannot fault anything from the initial home appointment to the lovely lads that fitted my radiators. They were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no mess at all was left and best of all they took all the old storage heaters and rubbish with them……..bonus. The radiators themselves are very stylish, easy to control and heat my home lovely. I’m exceptionally happy with the service I received and the product I purchased. All our radiators changed within the house, the house was left immaculate by the trader even after all the drilling. Fitters were Kevin and Phil.Gave brilliant service. Could not fault the service.

We had new electric radiators fitted throughout the house. The disruption was kept to a minimum and everything was left clean and tidy. The two guys doing the fitting were professional and friendly. My only observation would be that a pre installation visit by the electrician may be a good idea just to check requirements. We were very pleased with the fitting and with the operation of the radiators, would recommend. They aren’t cheap to buy but they are very effective and easy to use via the app.

Sunamp Thermino 150eplus installed to replace a water tank/night storage. Have to admit I was really nervous as to if I was making the right decision - but I have been proved very wrong. This review is to help those like me who has zero knowledge of plumbing systems and to review on basic practical terms, something which I found was lacking when trying to figure out what to do. Yes it costs more than replacing with a new tank, but it will save you so much money each month, so more than worth the initial outlay. 2 bed flat 2 people, no gas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. The previous setup was costing the same in electricity as my day usage, heating a whole tank every night, of which very little got used. This system only recharges a battery when it goes under a certain percentage charge. If you don’t use it doesn’t need to charge. Lashings of hot water when you need it. More than enough to fill a bath and doesn’t take longer to fill than the old system. Totally exceeded my expectations and couldn’t be happier. Huge shout out to Howard, who explained everything without a hard sell (very appreciated), Yvette for keeping updates on delivery and installation, and also to the 2 lovely guys who installed. Polite and professional, no mess left, and knew their trade… I will remember to have some tea for when you come and install the radiators!

I highly recommend NorthEast Heating Solutions. From first contact to completion, they have been both friendly and professional. I decided to update my old wet heating system to the RadTherm Electric radiators and am now looking forward to a cosy winter with state-of-the-art radiators I can control individually via my phone. I also had a Sunamp Heat battery installed for my hot water. Even though I have the smallest-sized battery it meets all my needs. All the staff I had dealings with were spot on in terms of communication, knowledge and skill. The installation was stress and mess-free. I have no regrets. Thanks for the great work.
