Will was efficient, knowledgeable, quick in diagnosing the problem with our lock, and had all the parts needed in his toolbox and van. He kindly updated us as to his arrival time, and completed the job of replacing the lock and aligning the mechanism, within 30min. Minimised the stress to my elderly parents.
