I rang about a problem and Will came round promptly and sorted it out. He was friendly, very tidy in his work and gave good information. Excellent service.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was responsive, prompt, and good throughout. Will adjusted the locking system on our composite back door and also put the glass back into a window that had previously been changed. Both jobs were completed efficiently, to a high standard, and everything is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

When my front door wouldn't lock / unlock, I called Will. He arranged to show up same day, even though this meant working out-of-hours, he managed to diagnose the issue over the phone from my limited description, showed up at the agreed upon time and did the whole job in about 15 mins, the door works perfectly now. I really appreciate how quickly it was done, I didn't have to go a single night with a broken door.

Will did a brilliant job for us, replacing the handle on our kitchen window and also fitting some sash jammers on our bathroom window, with it being difficult to repair due to its location above a porch. He gave some great advice regarding door mechanisms as well. Really friendly person, very good at his job. Definitely recommend!
