I work with this company since 2011 when I bought a house in Whitefield. The boiler did not work and the engineer from British Gas after inspection said that the boiler is dead. When I found out about the price of installing a new boiler from large gas providers I started looking for local companies. Fortunately, I found this company that offered installation of a brand new boiler for less than half price compared with large companies. When Mike came in to inspect the boiler the "dead" boiler was launched within 10 minutes. However, as far as the boiler was about 20 years old Mike strongly recommended to change it and advised one of the best boilers on the market. The installation was quick and smooth. Mike and their friendly team also re-fitted bathroom and kitchen, including hard digging job to install toilet waste pipe outside. Since then, everything is working perfectly. They do annual maintenance work for boiler and central heating. A couple of days ago, Mike did throughout inspection and explained in detail what he is doing. He is always very happy to give advise how to deal with some issues that may be resolved on my own. I strongly recommend this company. They are probably the best in this area.

After previously agreeing the best system to suit my needs Mike turned up punctual on the day to remove my old boiler flush the whole system and fit a new Worcester boiler with auxiliary controls. The work was completed on the day even though there was a problem with a previously badly soldered pipe joint. Mike took this in his stride and took the time to explain the operation of all the controls. All debris was removed after completion and therefore I would highly recommend this company.

Yesterday Mike and Andy from Northwest Plumbing Solutions ripped out our rusty, nasty, breaking-down-every-other-month boiler and installed a Worcester 30Si with all the bells and whistles. I really appreciated how even though they were running a bit behind (due to some funny pipework configurations! ) they didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was working perfectly. Mike even talked me through all the operation programs and WAVE mobile phone app afterwards (which my husband adores). Thanks for such a clean install and professional service.

One of the best companies I have had ever do work for me. Enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable, they had my new boiler and gas in and the old boiler out in 2 days with some of the tidiest and cleanest work you will ever see. Mike was flexible even coming early before I set off to work to go through everything then coming late at night to explain my new heating system. Take the pain out of everything by getting these guys in, I guarantee you will be more than satisfied.

Mike has done 2 bathroom refute for me and help with ideas for design and ordered and picked up all the items I had chosen. Did an excellent job, bathroom finished to a very high standard which included plastering and tiling. Also Mike has fitted a new central heating boiler which again he was able to give professional advice on options and did a great job fitting, this has been in a year now and no problems, very efficient and quiet.

Mike is an extremely conscientious plumbing engineer. Very knowledgeable and confident in his ability. Nothing is too much trouble and he is punctual and very reasonably priced.

Mike and team at NWPS are a cut above the rest and our go-to plumbers for myself and other family members. We've done some quite big jobs with them over the years, as well as lots of little things, and the quality of the work has always been top notch. Highly recommended!

Mike and his team fitted a new Bosch Combination boiler at my property last week the job was completed within the day and all the old equipment and scrap removed and taken away the site was left clean and tidy on completion, Thank you.
