Luke arrived on stated time, quickly identified the fault and gave me the options available. The parts required were available at a store some distance away but he went the extra mile, collected the parts and fitted them by the end of the morning ensuring the boiler was working.His work ethic, professionalism and communication were excellent. The cost of repair was very reasonable. I would use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone needing a Gassafe engineer ."
