He made sure all the systems were working properly, and before he left, he checked them again with me. One of the cameras was originally set up on a different app, but he never gave up and persisted in making sure I could have it on the same app to make it easier when viewing. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing but at the same time explained what the problem was he never rush"
