Jamie was in touch about an hour after we’d requested quotes and was on site just 36 hours later! Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Had to detour due to traffic/roadworks but kept us up to date with his ETA. Very respectful of us and our home on arrival. Full report sent the next day following sample testing. Very rapid response all round and a great overall service from Jamie. Would happily recommend.
Jamie was quick, responsive and thorough. Results were received the next day and I'm very happy with the service.
