I had an extractor fan fitted a few years ago and it didn't work well. I booked for Allen to come and take a look. He did a quick assessment and check of how it was installed an instantly noticed a few issues. Rather than suggest I pay more to have a lot of work done, he fixed a poorly connected extraction pipe and did some further tweaks for me. I'm going to keep an eye on it and decide whether to do the rest of the work. Really knowledgeable and friendly. Will def keep his number handy.

They were amazing and saved me having to buy an expensive integrated tumble dryer. They went above and beyond from phone call to engineer to fix my existing tumble dryer

After an initial callout, they returned a few days later with the part and preformed the repair. Price was excellent, the guy was in and out with no fuss. Would definitely use again.

Allen was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time and the issue was resolved very quickly. Allen made great efforts to ensure that COVID regulations were adhered to, and he was professional throughout.

The engineer was very tidy in his work and explained what he had done. He explained the options and answered my questions. He gave estimates of cost to replace a possibly defective part of the machine and suggested a course of action to take to rectify the problem without having to get a new part. I was happy with the advice.

Victoria was my first point of call; she was very polite, courteous, very professional and helpful. She informed Allen to contact me to see if the fault with our Fridge Freezer could be diagnosed over the phone. Allen rang and diagnosed the problem over the phone, it being that the compressor had failed. Allen then arranged to come out the next day just to confirm his suspicions; he was correct. Allen informed me that it was not something that he wouldn't be able to replace and give a guarantee, but he did recommend someone who could. The professional service and communication of this company are second to none, and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for all my domestic appliance repair needs.

I can't praise this man's quality of work, his customer care has been excellent. He goes the extra mile. He is honest fair and just, his prices are excellent, and he makes sure that he finishes when the job is corrected. My daughters would totally recommend him too, and are waiting for him to be able to go onto their panel of recommended providers within the housing sector. Allen also sources the best quality products for the repair, and he has a wide network of relevant other specialists to use.

Sorry I don’t have a photograph of the work he did. Basically my AEG dishwasher stopped working Allen checked it and found there were dry joints on the control panel. He resolvered them and all has been well since. He was a pleasure to have in the house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
