"I have already recommended Onyx (Jamie) to a neighbour, and have no hesitation in recommending to others. We, initially, needed a shower valve replaced, and asked Jamie to quote for a number of other bathroom and plumbing jobs. The valve replacement was relatively complicated as the existing unit was obsolete and additional pipework was required, this meant Jamie had to identify an appropriate replacement. Jamie completed the valve replacement and other work to a well-planned and speedy timetable throughout, openly and honestly communicating . We will certainly use Onyx again in the future. Jamie also added value, as when work was underway we we faced a number of unrelated plumbing/heating problems (it felt like a time when nothing was going our way), he was happy to advise us on how to address these issue too. All is now well, all taps, valves and bathroom furniture/fittings replaced and our house is cosy."
"Totally recommend! I don’t usually leave reviews but felt this was very deserving of one. Really pleased to have come across Jamie & Onyx Plumbing Ltd on this site. When no friends or family were able to recommend any plumbers to fix an issue we were having with our toilet we contacted Jamie based on the reviews left by past customers and were so relieved we did as he proved to be the best person for the job. From 1st point of contact on the phone, to quote & appointment next day to fix issue the level & quality of service received was excellent. Very friendly, likeable & clearly knowledgeable tradesman. The problem got fixed within a really quick timeline and the quote was reasonable priced, no rip off. Will definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family & friends in the future."

I contacted Onynx Plumbing , late on a Wednesday (10.30pm) evening hoping to receive a response the following day . Instead I was contacted within 10 minutes , and my broken kitchen Sink was fixed efficiently & quickly by 2pm the following day Very pleased with the response , from Jamie & Son , I will definitely use onynx in the future should I need plumbing or heating assistance, highly recommended.
