I'm not usually likely to give into hyperbole, but Owen's company are incredibly good. From an initial enquiry I received a response and appointment time within 5 minutes. Thereafter a solution was enacted in under 24 hours. Seamless from start to finish. I'm sincerely impressed.

We had an issue with the lock on our front door, arranged a time for them to come and repair. They arrived when they said they would and quickly and professionally replaced the part as needed. Great communications, friendly, professional, punctual and all at a very fair price. Highly recommended !

I called Owen the Locksmith in February 2020 when one of my front door locks broke and I called them again this week - after I came home to find the other front door lock dodgy and I reckoned it was about to break - on the off chance that they were still around after 6:30pm. They answered and offered to come out the next day. They explained my options well and were in and out in 25 minutes! The lock they replaced 4.5 years ago is still going strong and I feel secure with the new lock. They are friendly, reliable, transparent, easy to establish contact with and, for me, local. Recommended!
