We chose the materials and parts online which Paul checked over prior to purchase and was then able to complete the job from start to finish which saved us a lot of time and money. He was very knowledgable and patient with my ongoing changes, I don’t think we could have found a better person for the job! I would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing work."

Paul responded quickly and said he’d fit it between other work. He kept me informed of when he could make it to try to identify what was causing the issue. He gave me options of what could be done & I chose to have work done in increments. He kept me updated of work timelines & any unavoidable schedule changes. I really appreciated his advice, cleanliness & the standard of work."

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
